A company recently came to us with a product issue. Their steel products, always made and shipped via China, were causing a few problems. Firstly, the packing was so poor that the products were bent and misshapen, also the quality control was an issue.
We priced up an initial solution, taking on 20% of the whole project, producing and assembling the product in-house and designing a unique way carrying system so it was kept in shape at all times from our factory to the customer.
So successful and cost efficient was this initial phase that we have now taken on the whole project, a successful new-shoring job.
